Attorney Erica DeBenedictis is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. A member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1999, she is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Erica is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, personal injury, landlord-tenant law, general civil matters and business law. Prior to forming Lincoln Law Offices, Erica was an attorney with Schneider, Johanson & Silin of Boston, Massachusetts, a general practice firm with emphasis in international business law.

Lincoln Law Offices is a boutique practice headed by Attorney Erica DeBenedictis that handles many legal needs of families and small businesses. The Firm was formed in 2003 and in mid-2006 relocated from Lincoln to Waltham to better serve its clientele.
